Personal information which is strictly required for your order, payment, purchase, production and dispatch, may be communicated to our technological and instrumental partners which Leoshopping uses for the supply of services and dispatch of products.
5. Responsible processing of personal information
The company BBR Exclusive Car Models, with registered office in Via Grieg 73, Saronno (VA), is the owner and responsible body for the processing of personal information.
6. The user's rights
In relation to the processing of the abovementioned information, according to Article 7 of the Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the user has the right to obtain:
* The confirmation of the existance or lack thereof of his/her personal information, the comprehensible communication of such information, knowledge of the source of the information, as well as the logic by which such information is processed.
* The cancellation, transformation into an anonymous format, or blockage of information which has been processed in violation of the law;
* The updating or correction of personal information, or its integration where so desired.;
* Attestation that the operations referred to in previous points 2 and 3, have been brought to the knowledge of those persons to whom the information was communicated, unless this proves to be impossible or requires the use of disproportionate means.
